Can I order samples?
Yes, these are usually charged at a price, mostly multiply 3 times of the products, plus non-refundable postage & administration cost(INR 500).
What are your payment terms?
With new clients payment is required with their first order. For subsequent orders, payment is 50% at the time the order is placed, with the remaining 50% payable when the order is about to deliver. Approved clients have a 7-day credit account for the last 25% amount. Please discuss this with us.
How long will my order take?
On average, 15 working days for most of our standard product range,often sooner. Made to order items, will take approximately three to six weeks. Bespoke items that are manufactured overseas take up to twelve weeks from design approval to receiving the order. Tell us your requirements and we will give you an accurate delivery date.
Can you deliver my order to several destinations?
Yes. You just need to supply the details and quantities to go to each different destination additional charges will apply. You will find this especially useful if you are sending and you want your order to go straight to the destinations.

Can you design products to our brief?
Yes, this is a popular service. Ask to see samples of products and clothing that we have designed. These include corporate staff uniforms, work wear, casual uniforms/custom wear, all kinds of merchandise, leisurewear and much more. If you know exactly what you're looking for, then we will work to your brief and guidelines. If you're at the 'ideas' stage, let us help you with inspiration and practical guidance. Can you colour match merchandise to our brand colours?
Most items are available in an excellent range of colours and of course the branding of the product can nearly always be pantone matched to your exact corporate colours,if you are required.
What is your minimum order?
Minimum order quantities vary depending on the item. For all embroidered items we carry a minimum order requirement of 36 pcs/logos so for example you could order 21 polo shirts and 15 round necks. For all screen printed items we carry a minimum order requirement of 25 pcs. Corporate merchandise vary with minimum order requirements so we ask that we confirm minimum order requirements at time of enquiry.
Will you create our artwork?
Complete artwork services are available to you at very competitive prices. Talk to us about your requirements.
How should we supply artwork to you?
Generally, artwork should be supplied in a vector based format such as Illustrator or Freehand EPS. When sending artwork with text, please ensure all type is set to outlines. For all embroidered ordered, jpeg artwork is suitable.
How do I place my order?
By e-mail or whatsapp or Viber!. All verbal orders must be followed up in this way. If you work to a purchase order number system please advise the purchase order number that we should quote when invoicing you.
Can I order a pre-production sample?
Yes, in most circumstances against a confirmed order. However, please discuss this with us for charges for a pre-production sample. Emailed visuals can be supplied and all embroidered orders(above 1000 pieces) will require your embroidered swatch to be approved prior to production.
How is my order delivered?
By courier or Parcel services. Unless otherwise requested all orders are despatched on a next-day delivery. But we cannot arrange timed deliveries, and if you need to organize special protective packing if you request with nominal extra charge.
